- Negotiated and secured a contract to design and supervise the execution of a corporate head office building in Jeddah (Three level’s building/ 869 sqm, 85 workstations, 25 offices and 10 meeting spaces).

- Submitted complete drawings for the entire space. 

​

- Submitted full design documents and specifications for floor, wall and ceiling.

​

-Suggested, negotiated and supplied the client with construction, furniture and lighting contractors.

​

- Supervised and managed the construction phase and the installation phase for furniture and lighting.
